ATGWU is a fighting back union representing workers within transport, manufacturing, the public sector, banking and finance, community organisations, general workers, administrative, clerical, technical and managerial staffs in a wide range or organisations.
The ATGWU is a fighting back union which puts its members’ interests first. It is opposed to any cosy partnership agreements with employers or government preferring to organise workers on their needs and interests. The AT&GWU is an organising union and is making positive steps to reach out to the thousands of workers who are not represented by trade unions and who are open to being exploited by unscrupulous employers.
