- Consider the pros and cons of homeworking.
- Understand the legal aspects of homeworking.
- Understand the legal responsibilities of employers.
- Identify good practice and policies around remote working.
- Understand Risk Assessment.
- Look at the right to disconnect, wellbeing and a work-life balance.
- Consider flexible working and how to apply for it.
- Consider equality issues and childcare.
- Look at facilities and financial considerations.
- Develop a trade union plan to support members working from home.
