Managing Conflict at Work

Trade union representatives have an important role to play in supporting and on occasions representing employees who find themselves in a conflict situation. This webinar aims to raise awareness of recognising conflict at work and better understand the consequences to both the business and those involved if it is not dealt with at an early stage.
