Race Equality in the Workplace

In this short webinar, Paul Oakes from the Equality Commission NI will outline ECNI’s current advice on race equality in the workplace as well as outlining current and projected challenges in Race equality including Pay Reporting legislation.  Paul will also touch on outlining some of the opportunities that exist for union officials to influence race related policies and strategies in NI workplaces.
