Congress Stronger Together Anti-Racist Project, are running an initial Anti-Racism training seminar designed for union staff, representatives, and activists
The training will be facilitated by Dr David Carroll, Project Coordinator. It will be interactive and will include:
- Language, Definitions & Terminology.
- Current Contexts in relation to racism in Ireland.
- Migrants in the Workforce – facts versus fiction.
- Racism & the Workforce.
- Challenging Racist Behaviors – what to do/what not to do.
- Best practice in anti-racism work.
Lunch will be provided on the day.
