Northern Ireland’s public finances are a mess.
This needs to be addressed and the conversation needs to start now.
This involves a wider discussion that we are used to. The current problem of budgets and resources is impacting upon every part of our economy and every corner of this society,
and the solution must involve all of these stakeholders.
