Congress has officially launched a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) section on its Learning Hub at the NIC ICTU Union Learning Conference, marking a significant step forward in supporting workers through technological change.
The new section is designed to help union members understand, engage with and adapt to the growing impact of AI in the workplace. Developed in collaboration with The Open University, it offers free, accessible resources, practical guidance and learning opportunities aimed at building confidence and digital skills across a wide range of sectors.
The new AI section is now available through the ICTU Learning Hub and will continue to expand with updated content and training resources in the coming months.
